Report on the construction site of the residential complex «New England» as of December 29, 2016

New Year comes in a few days! It is one of the most wonderful periods with real holiday mood when everybody give each other warm smiles and pleasant souvenirs. For our part, as a gift we would like to share with you good news on the construction of the complex «New England».

We meet New Year with good results. By the end of the year (December 29), we have built 10 floors of the house «Liverpool». At this building, we work on the installing of balconies on the 10^th floor and first stairs to the floor. We are in process of installation of the monolithic sections on the 9^th floor demising walls and indoor walls and partitions on the 4^th floor.

3 floors are ready in the residential house «Cambridge». We work hard on the installation of wall modules of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. We work actively on the installation of monolithic walls and monolithic ceiling of the first floor and columns under the balconies.

In the house «Oxford» we have concreted 100% of monolithic ceiling above the 1st floor. Currently, we are working on installing of wall modules of the 2nd floor.

«New England» become so interesting and unique project for Kyiv that have interested many people. Proof of this is the fact that during six months we have realized more than 50% of apartments in the 1st stage of the construction. The first owners will get keys from their new home in October 2017.
