New quality of life in “New England” includes quality building materials and attention to details, because there are not trifles in the construction. That is why we introduce to our future residents with work progress from the construction site of city-state “New England” every week.

In the building “Liverpool” we install of the metal frame of the roof and there are pre-construction activities to installation of fire protection of steel structures. At this stage of construction, we install the ventilation units of the mansard floor. Now the work of builders is focused on the internal works, in particular, they install water supply, drainage and sewage in the building. Actively there is an installation of decorative elements on frontons of balconies, mezzanine floor and facade of the building.

In building “Cambridge”, there are works on the installation of walls and partitions. There is installation of ventilation units from the 15th to the 16th floor and monolithic flooring under the boiler room. In addition, works are underway on the insulation and waterproofing of seams and joints front of the building.

In “Oxford”, we continuing works on waterproofing and warming joints, installing interroom and inter-apartment walls and partitions on the eighth and ninth floor, also installing decors on frontons and insulation of the balconies of the building.

The building “Bristol” (the second stage) is under construction, in fact at the Royal House factory there are already produced wall modules TM Royal House for 5 floors and in process production the 6th floor. Directly on the construction site concrete floors for grillage is ready for 2/3.
